By submitting your order and approving these terms & conditions, the customer enters a binding agreement.
By ordering items via the webshop the customer makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
We reserve the right to alter or adjust the price of our products at any given time at our discretion. We also reserve the right to mention the right price for an item when it was incorrectly mentioned on the website at the time of placing an order.
The website of O.PARDON could subject to change, yet we thrive to update as accurate as possible. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event if the stock level was incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances at the time of receiving the order.
When we are unable to deliver, in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If the payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of late deliveries a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not suitable then you have the right to cancel the order.
We offer payments via iDeal, Sofort banking, Bancontact/Mister Cash.
When your order is submitted, you receive a notice about the payment of your purchase.

3 SHIPPING & RETURNS
An employee checks the packing before shipment. Therefor shipping can take up to two days.
Dutch Sales Tax excluded for all orders outside the European Union.

4 PRODUCT QUALITY & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
At O.PARDON we shoot al the photos that are shown on the webshop and galleries with great care. We do our outmost best to show you the product in it’s true form, fit and colour in an atmosphere that suits our brand. If the product you’ve received doesn’t match with the images or description on our webshop, feel free to return* the product or get in contact with us by phone or our e-mail; email@example.com.
An employe checks the returned product to approve the claim. When the claim is correct, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will then send you a new product or we will refund you the product price.
When you decide to return and we are unable to replace or repair your product we will provide you with a discount code for the amount you have paid for the faulty product.
5 O.PARDON RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, as no form may result in taking longer to process the return. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. 6 HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to exchange your product please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do this as soon as possible to ensure the desired other colour or size of your product is reserved for you. Fill in te desired products on the return form, so we can double check your exchange. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange. The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.
7 DISCOUNT CODES
The costumer can use the discount codes for a full or part payment of your* order via O.PARDON. Discount codes aren’t personal. These discount codes aren’t exchangeable for cash. After you use the discount code to purchase something from the webshop it expires. The remaining amount will expire also, so we advise to use the total amount by shopping a little bit more.
