An employee checks the packing before shipment. Therefor shipping can take up to two days.

2 PRODUCT QUALITY & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

At O.PARDON we shoot al the photos that are shown on the webshop and galleries with great care. We do our outmost best to show you the product in it’s true form, fit and colour in an atmosphere that suits our brand. If the product you’ve received doesn’t match with the images or description on our webshop, feel free to return* the product or get in contact with us by phone or our e-mail; info@opardon.com. * Read our return policy here

An employe checks the returned product to approve the claim. When the claim is correct, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will then send you a new product or we will refund you the product price.

When you decide to return and we are unable to replace or repair your product we will provide you with a discount code for the amount you have paid for the faulty product.

3 O.PARDON RETURN & REFUND POLICY

3.1
All sales are final on sale items, we do not do price matching or price adjustments. After the customer received the product, they have the right to open the package and check if everything is there. The customer must request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. The product must return unused in all original packaging. Please note that, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it. Also please return the package together with a dispatch number, so we will be able to trace it. The product must be complete with both the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. To obtain this number please contact us at: info@opardon.com. O.PARDON is not responsible for return-shipping costs.

Return Policy Requirements
When the returned merchandise doesn’t meet our requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Unauthorised Returns
Any product that is returned to us without an authorization number will be paying a non-negotiable re-stocking fee of 25% of the cost of the product ordered, excluding tax and shipping. Request this authorization number at info@opardon.com

Is the customer responsible for the return-shipping costs?
Yes, the customer will pay a fixed amount for the return shipping. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation. Due to the fact the customer is always responsible for the return package.

Can I return or exchange my items at O.PARDON retail stores?
No, this is a webshop only. All products are allowed for return, only with an return authorization number. Request this authorization number at info@opardon.com

4 HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you want to exchange your product please contact us info@opardon.com.
Please do this as soon as possible to ensure the desired other colour or size of your product is reserved for you. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange. The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.
