An employee checks the packing before shipment. Therefor shipping can take up to two days.

2 PRODUCT QUALITY & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
At O.PARDON we shoot al the photos that are shown on the webshop and galleries with great care. We do our outmost best to show you the product in it’s true form, fit and colour in an atmosphere that suits our brand. If the product you’ve received doesn’t match with the images or description on our webshop, feel free to return* the product or get in contact with us by phone or our e-mail; email@example.com. *
An employe checks the returned product to approve the claim. When the claim is correct, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will then send you a new product or we will refund you the product price.
When you decide to return and we are unable to replace or repair your product we will provide you with a discount code for the amount you have paid for the faulty product.
3 O.PARDON RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

- Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the Return Policy Requirements.

When the returned merchandise doesn’t meet our requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.Due to the fact the customer is always responsible for the return package.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returned an item from outside the NL, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. O.PARDON is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.
Can I return or exchange my items at O.PARDON retail stores?
No, this is a webshop only. All products are allowed for return, only with a completed return form.
4 HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to exchange your product please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do this as soon as possible to ensure the desired other colour or size of your product is reserved for you. Fill in te desired products on the return form, so we can double check your exchange. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange. The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.
